Masters’ college counseling office announced last Friday that it would be moving forward with administering the PSAT/National Merit Qualifying Test in-person. The decision was sent out in an email to all eleventh-grade families. This year, however, the test will be optional, and students who choose to opt-in must register by Jan. 20. The test itself will be given at Masters on Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 9:00 a.m. for any eleventh graders who wish to sit for it. Testing will be contingent on New York State Department of Health and CDC Guidelines regarding COVID-19 infection rates.
