On Thursday, Jan. 19, and Friday, Jan. 20, the ninth-grade history classes displayed and presented their in-class American Museum Projects. The American Museum Project is a grade-wide history class project in which small groups create a museum display for one of the eight pre-Columbian North and South American civilizations they have studied this year. Some civilizations include the Aztecs, Incas, Olmecs, and more.

The project has been conducted on and off for a number of years. Three out of the five ninth-grade teachers are taking part in the project this year. Five sections of ninth-grade students will be displaying their work in class to classmates.
