The COVID-19 blame game

While the Trump Administration has pushed theories that COVID-19 started in a bio-lab in Wuhan, China and also blamed initial Chinese responses to the virus for the pandemic spread of the disease, the Chinese government has denied these allegations.

As more states lift COVID-19-related restrictions, people flood beaches to enjoy summer weather and protests emerge nationwide, the coronavirus pandemic has not gone away. For the last few weeks, an average of 20,000 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported daily in the United States, according to data from the Center for Disease Control. There are now over 110,000 deaths due to COVID-19 in the U.S.

It has been roughly four months since the first case of coronavirus arrived in the U.S and six months since cases were first reported in Wuhan, China. How did this all start? How did we get to where we are now? Who is responsible for the spread?
