Masters alum Sophia Benson ’20 tested positive for COVID-19 just one month into her freshman year at University of Wisconsin Madison. While she has since recovered, Wisconsin is among several universities across the country struggling to contain the virus despite welcoming thousands of students back to campus in August. Others implemented strict protocols which have yielded relatively low case counts. Masters alumni provide an on-the-ground report on the handling of COVID-19 at their respective colleges.
