Students in the "The Art of the Feast: Cooking, Hosting and Connection" WinterMission look at their central piece of their traditional Puerto Rican roast, a pig. This WinterMission was dedicated to preparing this large meal over the course of four days. On the last day, the feast was held in a hill dorm dining room, and the students and faculty of the course connected through their hard work.
