Sophomore Maria Milkov is an aspiring sports broadcaster and journalist currently serving as a production crew member for Tower Broadcast News. As a freshman, she participated in the Intro to Journalism class at Masters and in a New York Times Sports storytelling program over the summer. Outside of academics, Milkov is a member and choreographer in the Masters Dance Company, and a competitive horseback rider. She also loves music (she’s a keyboardist in a band!) and watching sports, specifically basketball and Formula 1.
