Jenny Xu, Illustration Editor
Jenny Xu 25’ currently serves as the illustration editor of Tower and has participated as an illustrator since her freshman year. The illustration editor, a new role this year in Tower, entails working with the visuals director to send out assignments and coordinate with writers about their visions for the story illustrations.
Xu’s main interests lie in illustration and sports. She has taken part in the varsity girls volleyball team since her freshman year and served as captain of the team since her junior year.
Xu believes working on the paper can help her come to a decision on what to major in, as she is interested in graphic design. Her main goal this year consists of strengthening the bridge between the writers and illustrators, because she believes that illustration assists as a storytelling technique, vital to the paper.
