In this segment, Ceriah Clarke and Allat Yussupova document a special moment for the Masters community. Yussupova interviews Bob Kelly, an Eclipse Ambassador, who gave detailed incite on what to expect from the event. Additionally, Clarke interviews Eli Goldfine, a sixth grader at Masters and founder of URSA Minors, who shared his journey of becoming fascinated by astronomy.

Ceriah Clarke, TBN Lifestyle Features Director and Social Media Manager
Freshman Ceriah Clarke began broadcast journalism this year, in the Intro to Broadcasting class, and graduated to the Tower Broadcast News team where she is now the co-lifestyle director and co-social media manager. She is most proud of her winter sports segment that she produced in TBN episode 5. Clarke looks forward to creating more diverse content and learning more about editing. Outside of journalism, Clarke enjoys running track and reading.
Allat Yussupova, TBN Lifestyle Features Director and Script Coordinator
Sophomore Allat Yussupova serves as co-lifestyle director and script overseer on TBN. She joined the Intro to Broadcast course in the beginning of the 23-24 school year, and decided to continue to the next level class, Broadcast Journalism. She was encouraged to be a journalist from her mom, who used to be a journalist in St. Petersburg, Russia. Her favorite subjects are English and history. At Masters she is involved in lacrosse, and EFFECT. Yussupova enjoys spending free time with her friends, studying and hanging out in the city
Ellie Hise, Editor-In-Chief
Senior Ellie Hise, one of three editors-in-chief of Tower, and has been attending The Masters School for eight years. Hise said her love of reading and writing first sparked her interest in journalism. Hise said, “I have always been a big reader. I found that creative nonfiction is super compelling. And it helps me feel engaged with the world. Journalism is one way that I get to feel a part of Masters.”
Adamant about journalism, Hise holds pride in her work. She said, "Being able to see some of my work in one issue when I know that I had tight deadlines, I am proud of the volume of that.” Hise said she is hoping to major in journalism in college, and put the skills she has learned into practice.
