The Masters girls junior varsity soccer team played their senior game at home against the Calhoun School on Tuesday, Oct. 20, winning the matchup 2-0. The Panthers dominated the game from start to finish, with sophomore Mia Conn and senior Gigi Wheeler both punching in goals to give the team the edge in the second half. Another notable player was forward sophomore Freya Snilsberg who created goal opportunities through her player IQ and quick feet, and was one of the main contributors to the Panthers victory.
Their next home contest is the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) Junior Varsity Tournament on Nov. 7 on Clarke Field, which they are hosting for the first time.
