Tyler Conway
Tyler Conway was born in Poughkeepsie, NY. Despite moving to New Jersey as a young child, Tyler continued his education in New York, attending schools in New York City until coming to The Masters School. A senior in highschool, Tyler has a deep zeal for writing, but he also likes shopping and kickin back with the boys on a Saturday afternoon. Tyler has taken interest in writing at an early age, as he preferred english and history classes over math and science classes throughout his education. Despite his deep fascination with writing, Tyler was new to journalistic writing as a freshman. He signed up for Introduction to Journalism, with no hopes of becoming a journalist and no knowledge on what Tower was. Tyler has pursued his journalistic aspirations by attending The School of The New York Times, a summer program hosted in New York City. By attending the program Tyler got to practice and learn from New York Times reporters, columnists, and board members . With three years and one summer of journalistic exploration, Tyler continues to work on his writing with the possibility of pursuing journalism not completely ruled out of his future.
