Brielle Broomes, Copy Editor
In her fifth year with Masters journalism, junior Brielle Broomes looks to connect the outside world with the Masters community. Her favorite piece exemplifies this goal. “Congo’s conflict fuels our tech” connects the “blood minerals” used by tech giants to the electronics Masters students use every day. Looking from a journalistic standpoint, Broomes grew as a learner. She said, “I have been so much more aware of everything going around and I have been more analytical.” Outside of Tower, Broomes enjoys reading history books and learning new languages that strengthens her human-centric point of view to the world.
