Helen Gao, Staff Photographer
Helen Gao, a sophomore from China, serves as Tower photographer this school year. Gao has been pursuing photography since 12 and is particularly passionate about street, portrait, and film photography. Her work has earned a Gold Key award from Scholastic Arts and has been exhibited at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Gao aims to contribute her photojournalistic skills to Tower. Beyond photography, Gao enjoys fencing, stand-up paddling, and playing the bass.
